DefaultBench accepts eligible x402 USDC payments to publish or increase sponsored keyword placement. Payments that do not settle to the configured recipient on the configured network and asset receive no ranking credit.
Listing responsibility
A payer must have authority to submit the listing metadata and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or abusive content. Automated controls may reject content or throttle requests. A listing may be disabled when necessary without altering its historical payment record.
No endorsement or guarantee
Rank is purchased placement. DefaultBench does not guarantee traffic, sales, availability, capability, security, or a particular rank after competing payments settle.
Payments and retries
A client must reuse the same payment identifier when retrying the same operation. Reusing an identifier for different metadata or payment terms is rejected. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible; DefaultBench does not promise platform-funded refunds.
Availability and changes
The API is versioned, but infrastructure and upstream networks can fail. DefaultBench may make compatible security, reliability, or legal changes and may suspend abusive access.
Legal review
These terms intentionally avoid jurisdiction-specific assurances. Before broad commercial operation, the operator should obtain professional review for its incorporation, tax, sanctions, consumer, advertising, data-protection, and digital-asset obligations in each target jurisdiction.
